A 1200 square foot sample home in Shilaj, put together to show how the apartment actually lives rather than simply how it looks. Living and dining sit in one bright volume, where a curved boucle sofa rests against fluted panelling and a pair of arched niches etched with a fine tree motif. A slim carved pooja niche, backlit and set into the panelled wall, anchors the dining end beside a marble topped table, and the kitchen runs in a single line behind it with taupe base units, cream uppers and a ribbed backsplash.

The bedrooms carry the same soft palette, from a scalloped feature wall with cove lit arches to a circular mirror set against textured cream, each paired with a glass fronted wardrobe lit from within. The children room takes a built in bunk with mesh screens and a timber ladder. Glossy white tiles and warm cove lighting keep the flat feeling larger than its footprint.
